Pre Paid 6 Month Lawn Mowing & Edging Terms & Conditions
By accepting all terms and conditions you are aware there could be extra costs involved, and that your lawn is no bigger than what has been stated on the subscription - If you are unsure of what size lawn you have please request a quote first.

Pricing & Payment
Weekly Payment Plan: Payments are made weekly via automatic payments, starting from the first scheduled visit.
​
The weekly amount covers an average of 10 - 13 visits over a 6-month period.
​
Additional Costs
A $15 fee applies for obstacles (toys, furniture, vehicles, animal waste, etc.) that require removal or delay mowing.
​
Travel fees for customers outside Palmerston North will be agreed upon before the service begins.
Late payments incur a $15 fee per week overdue, and services will be paused until payments are current.
Recovery of unpaid fees may involve collection agency charges and legal costs, payable by the customer.

Service Access
Customers must ensure the property is clear of obstacles before each visit. Time spent clearing these may reduce mowing time or result in cancellation of the visit without refund

Visits will be scheduled during our business hours: Saturday - Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Changes & Cancellations
Regular Plans: You may request to postpone a visit, but it will still count as part of your plan due to extra work required during the next visit.

Cancellation of your subscription requires 14 days’ written notice (email). Any remaining visits within the notice period will be billed. If cancellation occurs within the first two weeks, the full cost of visits plus two weeks' fees will be charged.
​
Delays & Rescheduling
Unexpected delays due to weather, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances may result in rescheduling up to 48 hours. We’ll notify you promptly via email or text.
Complaints submitted beyond 24 hours will be reviewed case-by-case.

Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not satisfied with our service, contact us within 24 hours of the visit. We’ll promptly address your concerns and bring your lawn up to standard. Refunds are not provided due to the subjective nature of lawn care, but we are committed to your satisfaction.

Annual Review & Price Adjustments
Prices are reviewed annually, and changes will be communicated via email. Adjustments may occur for factors like site access or difficult terrain.

Minimum Visit Guarantee
Weekly payment plans guarantee a minimum of 10 visits per 6 months, up to a maximum of 13 visits. Missed visits due to customer cancellations still count towards this total.

One-Off Lawn Mowing Terms & Conditions

By booking our one-off lawn mowing service, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please review them carefully before confirming your booking.

Lawn Size & Quotes

Additional charges may apply for lawns exceeding the specified size limit, and you will be notified before the service proceeds.

Pricing & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the service.

Payments must be made via the payment methods provided. 
- 
The quoted price covers a single mowing and edging service.

Additional Costs
-

Travel fees may apply for properties located outside of Palmerston North. These fees will be disclosed and agreed upon before booking.

If unforeseen circumstances result in additional work (e.g., overgrown lawns requiring extra time), you will be notified, and additional fees may apply.

Service Access

The customer must ensure the property is clear of obstacles before the scheduled service. Failure to do so may result in reduced mowing time or cancellation of the service without refund.

Gates and access points must be unlocked or accessible during the scheduled time.

Scheduling & Cancellations
- 
Services will be performed during standard business hours: Saturday - Sunday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM. 
- 
Customers may reschedule or cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled service without penalty. 
- 
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Delays & Rescheduling
- 
Unexpected delays due to weather, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling. We will notify you as soon as possible via email or text. 
- 
Services will be rescheduled within 48 hours, subject to availability.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will work with you to address your concerns and ensure your lawn meets your expectations. 
- 
Refunds are not provided due to the subjective nature of lawn care but we are committed to resolving issues to your satisfaction.

Liability
- 
We are not responsible for damage to property or landscaping caused by pre-existing conditions or hidden obstacles (e.g., rocks, debris) in the lawn. 
- 
Please notify us of any sensitive areas or concerns prior to the service to avoid issues.

Pooper Scooper Service Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing our Pooper Scooper Service. By booking our weekly service, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read carefully before confirming your booking.

Pricing & Payment
- 
The weekly fee for the Pooper Scooper Service is $25.00, inclusive of one cleanup per week. 
- 
Payment is required in advance for each week’s service. Automatic payment options are available for your convenience. 
- 
If additional cleanups are required within the same week, they may incur an additional fee, which will be discussed and agreed upon before the extra service. 
​
Service Inclusions
- 
The service includes a thorough removal of pet waste from your property once per week. 
- 
Photographic evidence of the cleaned area will be provided after each service. 
- 
Gates will be securely closed upon completion of the service to ensure the safety of your pets and property. 
​
Scheduling & Access
- 
Services will be performed on a scheduled day each week between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Specific time slots are not guaranteed. 
- 
The customer is responsible for ensuring that gates are unlocked or access is otherwise available during the scheduled time. If access is not possible, the service will be canceled, and a $10 no-access fee will apply. 
- 
For rescheduling, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

Additional Fees
- 
Excessive waste accumulation that requires significantly more time or effort may incur an additional fee. You will be notified before any extra charges are applied. 
- 
Travel fees may apply for properties outside Palmerston North. These will be disclosed and agreed upon prior to booking.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service to avoid fees. 
- 
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a $10 cancellation fee.

Refunds are not provided for missed services due to customer-related access issues or late cancellations.

Service Limitations
- 
Our service is limited to the removal of pet waste only. We do not handle other types of waste or hazardous materials. 
- 
We are not responsible for damage caused by hidden objects, landscaping, or pre-existing conditions in the service area.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the visit. We will address your concerns promptly to ensure your satisfaction.

Refunds are not provided due to the subjective nature of cleanliness standards but we will make every effort to resolve any issues.

Liability

We take reasonable care while on your property but are not liable for damages resulting from pre-existing conditions, hidden obstacles, or unsecured animals.
